Trying to get sweat in Fuji, Japan

I like Fuji area, a small quiet town with a nature and at the same time there's a lot of crazy roller coasters at the same place haha, how cool is that? You can see the Mt Fuji while you're screaming on the ride. Cooool kott. But for this time, i skipped the FujiQ Theme Park because we already went to USJ and Disneysea, but Nuyul was dissapointed i think. Tu laa masa dekat Malaysia aku tanya nak ke pegi korang cakap banyak sangat dah theme park dah sampai tengok walaaweeehh best gila baru nyesal :P. A quick tips is if you have time, spend one day at Fuji Q and one and a half days for sightseeing. Worth the trip!

So why i decided to post this entry is because it was a different trip from my first trip in 2014. Back then, we just went to Kachi Ropeway, FujiQ and Shibazuka festival. This time, aside from Shibazakura, we went cycling, caving & trekking nasib baik tak hike the Mt Fuji je aku rasa. It is more like an impromptu activities as my initial plan was to just relax, enjoying the nature after a tiring days in Osaka/Kyoto and Tokyo for the next days.

Layan makan tako, chestnut, ice cream flavour sakura sejuk sejuk camni.

Shibazakura never disappoint me

Lunch - Tempura seafood & veggie
Our hostel for that night - bilik Nobita

tetappp makanan paling sedap bila travel haha

Btw, train dekat Fuji can use the ICOCA/PASMO/SUICA also so no problem in terms of transportation. But the next morning, kitaorang saje rent bicycle jalan jalan along the Kawaguchi Lake acah acah jadi local lah padahal lama gila dah tak cycling lepastu kelam kabut nak navigate dekat negara orang haha.

Then lepastu kitaorang decided nak caving dekat Ice Cave and Wind Cave. Nasib baik jugak lah sorang sorang dah bawak jaket. The cool thing nya ialah the Ice Cave tu is nature-built. Means, because of lava eruption something something then dia jadi ice dekat bawah tu. hahaha simple gile aku explain. Means bukannya manusia buat jadi ala ala macam dalam i-city semua lah. Caving tooks like 20mins je as it quite slippery sebab tu jalan slow slow, otherwise boleh je keluar masuk in 10mins.

products they made inside the wind cave

Ok yang bestnya kan, from the ice cave to wind cave, you can either go by bus (at the main road), or jalan kaki around 20mins or you can trekking inside the forest behind the ice cave. We actually dont know about the existence of the forest lepastu mamat dekat jual ticket Ice cave tu la suggest pegi ikut forest tu, dia kata very nice la ape lah. So okayy la kitaorang masuk je.

But what we actually dont know is ... the forest was actually a famous forest called Aokigahara. it is a Suicide Forest, memang beribu ribu orang jadikan forest tu hot spot untuk bunuh diri. It becomes so famous sampaikan the authorities dah takkan publishkan whoever died in here sebab dah terlampau banyak. Siap dalam tu ade board macam cakap' dont kill yourself", 'remember your family' etc etc tapi all in kanji font so kitaorang memang tak faham lah haha. It even been label as one of the scariest places in the world. wtf?

Dah balik Malaysia baru kitaorang tau pasal forest tu hahaha. Orang lain siap cakap cam sunyii, creepy, eerie kind of feeling and rasa nak cepat cepat keluar bila lalu situ padahal kitaorang lalu siap makan pisang, makan jajan, pastu berhenti shooting tangkap gambar bagai, siap borak ni kalau nak berlakon cite Twilight cantik nii dalam ni hahaha. The beauty of ignorance, guys! lol

Ok, nasib baik tak ada gambar makhluk lain kat dalam ni. Dah bai.

Scared, shaken or tired, we've all been there.

I am really damn tired.
working while studying isnt that easy.
lagi lagi if both requires your brain.
now i know.

Every time balik kerja, balik class.
i was literally spacing out the whole time.
Nak tengok hp pon tak larat.
Nasib baik naik MRT.
Kalau drive, mungkin tak sampai rumah pon.

Going out from home at 8.20am,
Reach home at 11.20pm.
Sleeps. Wake up. Mandi.
Eat sausages for breakfast and pack for dinner.
The routine for the whole month. Yes, even weekend.

When you are just near to your dream,
you starts to wonder whether all this worth it or not.
Tu nama dia mainan syaitooon.
Sikit lagi nak habis dah ACCA ni.
Kamonnnn. Jangan nak macam macam.
Dah bai.

One day lenjan trip at Kyoto, Japan

The highlight of my Japan trip 2017 was the USJ, so i dont think im going to write a long diary day by day kind of entries for this trip. Just would love to share some of the memories in Kyoto and maybe in Fuji (a bit). Osaka and Tokyo were nice too but i dont feel like sharing it here, just hop to itinerary page if you wants the full itinerary.

I was aware when people said dont combine Osaka and Tokyo trip together if your holiday is not more than 10days as it will be so hectic .... but well, takkan every year nak pegi Japan kot. so lantaklahhh. Actually i dont really want to go to Tokyo since i've been there before (and tak habis tulis pon pasal trip Tokyo 2014) but my three other friends havent been there so kenalah pergi sekali, takpe cuci cuci mata sikit ape salahnya.

I think there are so much more to see in Kyoto but since i only have one day here, so we really went all out that day from early morning train from Osaka to midnight bus to Fuji. Alhamdulillah managed to go to the famous Bamboo Forest, rode the Romantic Train, Fushimi Inari Shine and Geisha watching at Gion. Penatt wehhh kasut kena stanby pakai yang paling comfortable dalam dunia nak jalan jalan sini.
lawaa wehh actually, aku je tangkap gambar tak lawa haha

rest kejap sambil sesat cari Nuyul

I like Gion the most actually, there's a lot of history there, macam how come the Geisha thing happen and still ada sampai sekarang, the town is quite small and very quiet, and there's a lot of tourist that just stand along the way in order to catch the glimpse of the geisa going to work. Yee, i knows it kind of rude but i cant help from snapping their picture, just like the others sebab macam rareee wehh tengok diorang macamm kenapa diorang kena berputih sebegitu rupa cantik ke camtu haha.

Dah penat gila one whole day pusing Kyoto/Gion tu, malam tu we just sleep dalam midnight bus je because we're going to Fuji the next day. There's a halal food around the Gion area and inside the Kyoto main station, there's a lot of big locker if you want to put all your luggage there, lepastu at Kyoto Tower (just beside the station) ade bilik sembahyang yang mahaaa selesaaa ohemgee kalau boleh nak nap situ kejap tapi ade timing pulak boleh dok dalam tu. Nak lagi best, boleh pulak sejuk gilaa malam tu tengah tunggu bus herm macam macam, but the bus was realllyyy comfortable. Takkan dapat kat Malaysia punya lah. Siap ade penutup kepala so that our head tak sejuk sangat kena aircond, and nak tidor nganga pon takdelah segan sangat. Hahahaah. Japan and cool invention, tsk tsk macam tak faham pulak lol

I dont really have a very nice picture from this trip because i was like the ketua rombongan so i was so caught up reading my itinerary checking this and that andd sometime my friend cant bother to wait for me to set up the gopro sebab katanya gambar iphone dah lawaa puuiiiii. Takleh lawan gopro laaa wehhh camne camne pon luls. Mistake learnt this time. Sobsob.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, USJ

The last time i went to London back in 2010, Harry Potter Studios Tour was not open yet, not even the 'embedded HP trolley' thingy at King's Cross St, and i was so infuriated when i saw the USJ advertisement while i was in Japan in 2104 showing the opening date for Harry Potter World in USJ will only be a month after our trip. Frustated gilaa. So since then, i make a vow to myself that i am coming back to Japan just for this unforgettable experience unless i want to save a lot for California trip.

To get into the The Wizarding World, there are separate ticket for it, not that you have to pay more. But you have to get the timed ticket in the park or you can also buy in advance (with fast pass - yang ni kena bayar extra). Timed ticket means you can only enter that area according to your ticket only. Masuk ikut timing tu keluar ikut suka la nak pukul berapa. Sounds macam renyahh tapi in order to give the best experience to everyone, memang kena buat macam tu or it will be too congested inside.

So, we did bought the ticket pass which is mahal gila and not sure whether to call this lucky or unlucky, the day we went, tak ramai orang langsung, so we didnt need to use our timed ticket pon. Boleh masuk keluar bila bila masa je. Yeeeyyyyyyy!

Welcome to Hogsmeade !!

Drinking the butter beer

The butter beer is a must-try dekat sana, the taste is so soo lah haha since i dont really like butter-scotchy flavor but to fellow Muslim, fret not it is a non-alcohol drinks, so boleh minum dengan senang hati lol, and if you dont really want to spend inside here (which is ridiculous), you can just buy the drinks and you can have the glass as souvenir. 2 in 1 bebeh.

As for the rides, there are two of them. One is the Flight of the Hipogriff, something like a dragon roller coaster at Genting which is suitable for kids, which i didnt ride it because not worth the long queue, and second is Harry Potter and The Forbidden Journey. Ok, this one has been awarded for like 5 years as best ride in the world so i had a high expectation but turns out it was just okay lah. I mean they won it in terms of technological thingy which i dont really appreciated it haha, it was something like Transformer's ride in USS but with Harry Potter theme of course. You will feel like you re on a broomstick and flying across all the Hogwarts area trying to catch the Snitch. Niceee but kind of dizzy a bit sampai Reenco terus K.O lepas naik this ride -_-'.

But the attractions that i would recommend is the one inside the Olivanders. Remember the first time Harry went to the shop to get his first own wand? Haa camtu la the show, realll okay because we will be inside the dusty shop and they will choose one of the audience to be the 'harry potter' and choose the wand for him, and the thing i appreciated most is because since they can see some of the audience is not Japanese, they talked in english (campur2 Jepun) whichhh kalau dekat other attractions memang nann hadoo die nak cakap english. haha. So the feelings was muchh reall laha and even the performer is mat saleh not Japanse. I spend a lot of time inside the Ollivanders sebab nak tengok each one of the character's wand and i chose to buy Hermione and Harry's wand.

my wand

The reason you needs to buy the wand is bcause, inside the area there's a lot of places where you can play with your wand. When you bought the wand, there's a map inside showing the places where you can try all the spell and cast the magic yourself. Coooollll weeehhh like realllyyy cooolll! cannot describe tiba tiba keluar api lah tiba tiba pintu terbukak lah, tak kira la kalau dia tipu pon tetapppp coooll hahaha.

Aside from that, just enjoyyy the Hogsmeade itself, all the shops, the environment, the details of every each of thing and dont forget to tour around the Hogwarts castle where you can see the Dumbledore's office, the classroom, and also the Fat lady. The Hogwarts castle wehhhhhh is indescribable. Overwhelming gilaaaaa. I remember everytime i watched Harry Potter and Sorcerer Stone, when the students were soo mesmerized by the castle when they reached Hogwarts by the boat, yupp that exactly what i felt when i saw the castle. Like i want to stay there foreverrr! Dahlah ada Hogwarts Express someemoreee it really feels like i'm one of the Hogwarts student who went out for an outing at Hogsmeade that day hahaha.

Hogwarts Castle tour

Ford Anglia, Weasley's flying car

Hogwarts Wannabe Students

Hogwarts Castle

I went there twice, if only i could stay longer but i need to ride other rides as well in the USJ, bazirr la beli ticket mahal mahal kan. Hahaaa. If i went there alone by myself, i surely will buy 2 days pass so that i can spend the whole day in Wizarding World and another day for others rides. There's a show at the night time but i didnt went there afraid my friends will find me annoying for spending lots of time there haha, and we kind of a bit far from that area by the night time.

Other rides you should try in USJ is the Flying Dinasour, the besssstttt and scariest rideeee obviously if only we could ride it twice, and other things tu make sure naik je lah sebab tak takut pon. We rode almost everythings sampai Reenco dah naik boring tunggu kitaorang haha. Basicly, USJ is soo different than USS so every each of the theme/park are new to us, so semuaa canttiikkk and besttt gilaaaaaa. The one that i'm kind of regret is we didnt spend much time in Despicable area, padahal it is one of the famous attraction there. Too mannnyyyy peopppllle weeehh likeee crowded macam pegi Bazaar Ramadhan kind of crowded.

Some tips:
1) For Muslim, you can bring the packed foods inside, they didnt really check the bag at the entrance.
2) Ask to use the guest room at the entrance for Solat for a while, no need to solat tepi tepi locker.
3) For rides if tak nak beli fast pass, opt for single rider. Can savee so muchh timee queuing weh.
4) For butterbeers, there's two places you can buy, go for the one near to the Hogwarts Castle if the front one too crowded.
5) You can skip show at Water World because its the same as in USS.

Other than that, enjoyyyyy your experience there cause that what i did.

& Hogwarts, you will be missed!
