A year later

I thought my life would be boring, but surprisingly a lot of things happened, lot of good things happened, had my bad day as well but every each of them somehow doesn't really affect me anymore.

But there so much is left unsaid as i stop writing in blogs and it makes me a little bit sad. I started to forget all my vacation memories, all good events i've attended and so today i decided to post a btit about my friend's weddings. Yes, with a S coz all my close friends are married already. haha.

They are actually my childhood friends, from my primary schools. As much as i have my other cool friends as well which i loveeee themm too, but these people have a special place in my heart. Maybe sebab dah kawan lama sangat kot - haha. I know some people said, friendship dont last forever lah, family comes firstlah yada yada but okay let make it simple, they comes after my family lah kalau macam tu haha. We basicly knew all each other's ex (s), the stories, the dreams they have for their future, so it was nice to see on how Allah has planed everything for everyone at the right time.

Atiqah is the first one who settled down among our Gengsentap. When she told me she's getting engaged, i was a bit shock, others too - that we have to PM each other whats going on haha. We didnt know her husband, Hafiez back then and we only got to meet him during their engagement day. For me, the reason why i was shocked because we act didn't text each other for a few months for whatsonoreasons so to actually get a whatsapp sayings you're getting engaged out of nowhere surely terkejut kan? Dah kenapa minah ni? Jumpa mana laki ni? haha. Fast forward, she asked me to be her pengapit which i did, Hanie and i managed to give her bridal shower 1 hour before her wedding hahah and during that time i was on my study leave for my exam so i took some time to lepak at her house - basuh toilet kemas bilik, layan her last minute bridezilla moment haha, helping with the stair decorations which i failed miserably, brought all sort of cream-coloured shawl for her to use for akad nikah -_- and etc and Alhamdulillah everything went well. Her wedding took place at her house for akad and Crystal Ballroom, Mines 2 for reception - 25th & 26th Nov 2016.

The second one, Aki is not losing when it comes to give sudden news too -_-. Still remembered when he suddenly asked me when i'm coming back to Malaysia while i was on my Europe holiday that time coz he wanted to go for merisik the next week. What iz thiz weh?? Tiba tiba je.  Well, it is actually not a shock thing to get married at our age but knowing his past, i cant help from it and he even said to me once that when he started to date Atiq (his wife), one of the reasons was he knew that he will not be pressured of getting married any sooner because he and Atiq have the same thought of getting married after 30. Puiiih la sorang sorang hahaha. Aki's akad took place in Keningau, Sabah where we had a thought of surprising them at the first place but ticket was soo expensive and knowing there are no Uber to take us into the deep side of Mount Brook scare us hahaha, kidding la. Sorry Aki, but we didn't missed the reception on his side at Dewan  MPAJ, Ampang - 25th March & 2nd April 2017.

The second last and last one goes to Wafi & Hanie. Well, these two has been a couple since 2010 (kootttttt?) so they should be getting married lah kan and there's no shocked moment like biar betul? sort of thing haha. In terms of their relationship, i think i knew their stories more than  Atq's & Aki's, maybe because both of them are actually my friends from the first place so sometime i got to know the story from both side haha, or maybe because i like to menyebok join their dates and trips, so i dont really feels like third-wheeling them or feels awkward when then start to manja manja or even gaduh infront of me -_-. And even though they didnt mentioned about their plan at the first place, i was sort of getting the idea by looking at Wafi's instastory post where they had both families meeting that time. Hani is a very well planned person so she had everything on her radar and even we asked for anything to help with pon she was like, 'no problem no problem', althought we (me and Atq) were her bridesmaids on her akad day and we did come as early as we could after our office time but really we did nothing except for arranging the hantaran -__-'. Akad was held at Hani's house and both reception were held at Dewan Siantan Putrajaya and Dewan Perdana Felda - 14th, 15th & 22nd July 2017.

So there goes all my close friends, in one year settled semua lol. Honestly, I knew this day will come and to my surprise, i did not become a sappy friends who cried for being left alone. I know some of them are thinking that i might be sad for being the single friends in the gang, nope, i am not sad because i'm still single - i still don't feel like getting married even though i see how happy they are (ok something wrong with me here) but i am sad when i think that we might not be as carefree as before - we might filtering all gossips/info about each other, we become more cautious of each other, we tend not to lepak too long anymore, well you know - what grown up people do.

But one the positive side, the gang is getting bigger and merrier, and even bigger as Aki and Atiq are expecting their first child already and a big Alhamdulillah as their other half also can click with the gang which i thinks is the best part yeyyy. They might not realized but they are one of the people that i cherish most and i always pray that may Allah always ease and bless their marriage with happiness and lots of laughter, without any pains.

Okay, enough la kot about them, now lets focus on myself. Bila nak kahwin ni? LOL.

South Korea Trip: Possumadvantures (Part 6: Kimchi Class, Palace and Namsan Tower)

Macam tak best kan kalau kau gi sesetengah negara tu, kau just pergi POI je, xbest kan? Kalau style aku, memang aku nak go deep sikit, tak kisah la same ada aku belajar history diorang ke, belajar culture diorang ke, atleast mesti get some knowledge from there and experience yourself. So macam Korea ni, aku memang aim nak belajar buat kimchi. So macam macam jugakla aku google but end up aku ambil yang ni. Maybe a bit mahal tapi aku tengok macam selesa and dia tak rush, memang ajar betul. Ade sesetengah tempat dia ajar buat kimchi and tea ceremony so macam rush sikit la. So up to korang ya nak try mana. Banyak choice sebenarnya kalau korang google. As for this one, kalau nak join yang ni, kena hantar email buat booking dengan dia. Email dia is : kimchischool@naver.com Korang just email cakap nak join class sekian sekian date, ada available ka? Cenggitu sudah. Bayar nanti masa sampai. Ni contoh email aku dekat orang ni.

Seoul Kimchi Academy
Get out Exit 6 Myeongdong Station, turn left at Nature Republic (1st intersection), When 4th intersection, turn right. Here is the second building on right side, Woori bank -> ziozia and J hill hotel 7F, ->Seoul  KIMCHI ACADEMY .

Basicly best la belajar buat kimchi ni, memang from scratch dia ajar and boleh speak english fluently so senang nak communicate and semua ingredient korang boleh tanya, and sepanjang aku belajar memang totally guna tumbuh tumbuhan and udang kering camtu, so insya Allah tak ada issue halal tak halal kot. And the best thing, kimchi tu korang boleh bawak balik makan kat Malaysia haha.

step by step ajarnya

taraa siapp boleh pack balik Msia

dengan cikgu kitaorang

Pastu kat sini gak, korang boleh try pakai hanbok. Dia tak ada pakej kimchi sahaja so selamba la pakai hanbok terus. Cumanya maybe tak lawa la background kalau korang pakai kat palace ke apa lagi nampak suasana korea kan. Masa kitaorang datang ni tak ada orang, so kitaorang take time gila selfie and pilih baju mana kitaorang nak haha. Cikgu tu pon rajin je melayan kitaorang posing posing gedik.

Gyeongbokgung Palace
from Myeondong Stn, tuka at Chungmuro, turun at Gyeongbokgung Stn, exit 5.

So dah habis belajar culture diorang, kitaorang pergi Gyeongbokgung Palace pulak -_-'. Haha. Hari menimba ilmu kot haritu. Saje je lah ni pergi cukup syarat tengok palace dia. Ade free English tour around kul 12p, and 3pm, so korang kena alert benda tu. Kalau tak, meronda je la sorang sorang. Kat sini pon ada free hanbok wearing tau, tapi mungkin kena queue and ade time limit sebab benda free semua orang nak haha. Siapa nak cut cost, datang sini okay. Better datang pagi, mungkin kurang orang queue plus kurang panas sikit korang nak berjalan dalam palace pakai hanbok tu.

masa dekat Train station ada gate ni

jumpa member IBM elya

makan kat taman dia pastu kena halau hahaha

Namsan Tower

stop at Myeondong Station, exit 3. Just go straight until reach Sinesage Department Store. Dont cross the road! turn left until you see Namsan Cable Car lift.

So last sekali, barulah kitaorang gi Namsam Tower. Nak pergi sini macam macam kaedah ada, naik bas boleh, naik cable car boleh, nak jalan kaki pon boleh. Ni ala ala Menara KL la tapi kitaorang tak naik menara pon, tu kena bayar. Kitaorang jalan jalan area situ ambik angin tengok view Korea siang and malam je. Actually masa first time aku pergi sini tahun 2009 dulu, aku ada lock kan mangga aku dekat sini, so masa pergi March haritu aku cubalah cari balik ... memang nan hado laaa dah nak 6tahun aku lock kat situ, berkarat habis semua. Masa aku pergi dulu siap bole lock kat wire lagi sekarang dah nak macam roboh area situ orang lock mangga masing masing haha. So biarlah kenangan jadi kenangan je.

view sunset lawaa

Ok, tamat sudah cerita harian aku sepanjang kat korea. Sebenarnya kitaorang ada pergi tengok Nantra Performance (cooking musical show) (RECOMMENDED), pastu shopping kat Nandaemon jalan jalan kat traditional market dia, pastu lepak Hangang River (INI PON SANGAT DIRECOMMEND), Ewha University tapi dah macam malas la nak update cerita gi Korea ni hahaha. Tapi nanti aku update pasal foods and expenses for last entry. Totally dah tak ada mood sebenarnya hahahah tapi for future reference jugak ni kot kot nak pegi lagi ke kan? Harap2 ade la info korang boleh guna jugak from sini. Enjoy~

South Korea Trip: Possumadvantures (Part 5: KPOP tribute)

Honest confession untuk yang tak kenal aku, actually aku since 2007 dah terjebak dengan Kpop ni haha. Zaman umur 18tahun tengah belajar medic dah kenal Super Junior, BigBang, Shinhwa semua ni. Hari2 tengok mv, tunggu release date album, pergi concert takyah cerita la sampai ke Thailand pon sanggup, every week tengok weekly music bank, music core and inkigayo, semua jenis variety show dah tengok.

So fast forward to 2016, almost 10 tahun dah la kan, idols pon dah makin berlambak lambak, so feeling tu dah kurang sikit, dah tak heksaited sangat dari dulu. Atau nama lain, komitmen hidup dah berubah hahahah. Still layan latest songs, still tahu name idols tapi nak kenal sorang sorang members memang dah tak la. Kiranya kalau ikut hierarchy dalam SMTOWN, aku stop kenal member idols sampai f(x) je, cenggitu la lebih kurang.

Tapi dah alang alang sampai sini, takkan lah tak pergi jenguk kot tempat oppa oppa yang menyinari hidup sepanjang zaman belajar sampai boleh grad tu kan? Luls. So, aku decided nak pegi SM Coex, sesuai untuk SM stan macam aku. Aku rasa memang dah jadi salah satu POI kot sebab siap train station keluar je terus sampai kat situ, so very reachable la.

SMTown Coex

From Myeondong, Go to Sadang Station (9 stop). Change to Line 2 - green, stop at Samseong, exit 6.

Tapi nak jadi cerita, masa kitaorang pegi ada audition pulak so most of the attraction dia tutup sampai pukul 12pm and kitaorang dah ada benda lain plan nak buat on that day, so i didnt go to each of the tempatla dalam tu macam tangkap gambar dengan SM artist and aku tak join Dance Studio Tour dia. Tapi aku tak rasa frustrated langsung, nampak sangat dah veteren haha, so layan gambar je la k.

Nak masuk pon dah beratur panjang -_-'

pandai buat bisnes, popcorn Super Junior

Exo and FX pon ade

my ONLY biased for 10years, Lee Donghae

depan Smtown Studio, tour kena booked awal awal

depan cafe diorang, meja banyak diorang conteng2

original exo punya locker guna zaman trainee

K-Live, K-Pop Hologram Performance Hall

Get off at Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station (Seoul Subway Line 2, 4, 5), Exit 11 or 12).
9th floor of Lotte FITIN (dalam mall)

Tak banyak activity buat sebab macam aku cakap tadi, ada banyak area tutup sebab ade audition haritu. So kita layan tempat lain which is for YG stan pulak. Si Elya ni sejak setahun dua tahun ni je baru gila Kpop, so layan la sekali. Aku membesar dengar lagu BigBang gak cuma tak pernah nak jadi fans je haha. Mostly apa yang YG buat ni ada je dekat SMtown (if you want a clear picture of what SMTowx offers) cuma SMCoex memang totally besar gila la and have more to offers macam tour and all, YG macam rent a space dekat mall je. Actually YG dah collabarate dengan Everland untuk hologram concert semua, tapi masa kitaorang pegi dia tutup, so kena satisfied kan peminat Bigbang ni, dia baru dua tahun masih heksaited kang nangis meroyan kang, aku faham i've been there ahahahaha.

hall of fame Bigbang

layan Hologram concert dia

selamba la Elyaaa

this is how Hologram concert work

Actually best jugak la experience the Hologram concert, memang lah tak sebest gi concert real, tapi real jugak la. Concert yang kitaorang tengok haruslah Bigbang and ade Psy skali. Ade timing dia for artist lain so pandai pandai korang check dulu. Pastu ada jugak photo booth, yang korang masuk dalam tu pose dengan artist YG, pon real gak haha. Aku beli lah jugak memandangkan photo booth SMtown tutup haritu.

So itu jelah kot benda Kpop yang aku pergi, kalau zaman dulu maybe aku akan gi Sukira, join Music Bank semua tapi sekarang ini pon dah cukup. Kalau pasni kot kot dah tak minat Kpop pon, no regrets dag kot. haha matured gak aku akhirnya. Luls.
